Non-molestation Orders

Non-Molestation Orders are legal injunctions issued by courts to protect individuals from harassment, violence, or threats of violence by another person. These orders aim to prevent further harm and provide immediate relief to victims of domestic abuse or harassment.

Non-Molestation Orders play a crucial role in safeguarding individuals and families from abusive or threatening behavior, offering legal recourse and support to those in vulnerable situations. We have vast experience in negotiating, applying and defending Non-Molestation Orders.

Restraining Orders

In addition to Non-Molestation Orders, our team can help you secure a Restraining Order for further protection. While both Non-Molestation Orders and Restraining Orders aim to prevent harassment and abuse, a Restraining Order is often issued in criminal cases to prohibit the offender from contacting or approaching the victim. Restraining Orders can provide additional security by restricting an individual’s movements and preventing them from engaging in any threatening behaviour.
