Rhianna joined southgate solicitors in September 2026 as a Legal Intern, undertaking a year-long placement as part of her LLB Law degree at the University of Surrey.

Through the modules she has studied so far at university, she has developed a particular interest in family law. She is particularly drawn to the client-focused nature of family law and the opportunity to work closely with people to understand their circumstances and help them navigate the legal process.

Her previous experience volunteering with Amicus has strengthened her attention to detail, ability to work with empathy and develop a friendly and approachable manner, which she hopes to bring to southgate solicitors, particularly when supporting clients through what can be a difficult time.

In her spare time, Rhianna enjoys going to the gym to unwind and destress, watching TV and building LEGO, as well as spending time with friends and family.
