Anjali graduated with a law degree in Human Rights in 2018 from City University of London. During her time at university, she worked part time at Superdrug, enhancing her customer service and time management skills.
Having volunteered at Citizens Advice Bureau during university, Anjali understands and empathises with clients and strives to deliver customer satisfaction. Having tackled several issues such as Debt, Housing, Family, Anjali aims to handle each enquiry with great care.
Anjali graduated with a 2:1 and decided to step straight into work to gain exposure of the legal environment.
Anjali worked as Client Services Executive for over a year where she was front of house, dealing with Family and Divorce queries. Anjali’s top priority is to ensure all clients get the help they need. During this role, she decided to undertake her LPC at City University full time. Whilst completing her studies, she remained with southgate solicitors as a part-time Legal Assistant, assisting the Client Services Team with their day-to-day tasks, and had even begun to waitress on weekends at a local restaurant. This hospitality role exposed her to multi-tasking, and furthered her positivity, attention to detail and communicational skills.
After completing her LPC, Anjali became a Paralegal, in which her role now involved supporting solicitors on a 1-1 basis, aiding with drafting statements and other legal documentation such as bundle preparation. She has had numerous experiences clerking at court in the presence of barristers, and meeting with clients to take instructions.
In her spare time, Anjali enjoys spending time and going out with family and friends or watching true crime videos, and movies. Her favourite sport is badminton, and she is also an avid reader.
