We are pleased to welcome Anjali Shah and Tippi Chan to our client services department. Both Anjali and Tippi are the first port of call for all new client enquiries and they will help assist in guiding callers through their options to proceed with instructing a family law solicitor and obtaining legal advice about their family law matters.

Anjali Shah

Anjali recently graduated with a degree in Law with Human Rights, from City, University of London.

Anjali’s top priority is to ensure all clients get the help they need. Having volunteered at Citizens Advice Bureau during university, Anjali understands and empathise with clients and strives to deliver customer satisfaction whilst doing so. Having tackled several issues such as Debt, Housing, Family, Anjali aims to handle each enquiry with great care. Her experience in retail has also supported her growth and expanded her skillset.

In her spare time, Anjali is either spending time with family or friends, or watching tv/movies. Her favourite sport is badminton, and she is also an avid reader. She has recently grown an interest in cooking dishes of different cuisines (Indo-Chinese/Indian).

Tippi Chan

On completion of her A-Levels, Tippi was keen to work in a customer-facing role, enabling her to put her customer service and organisation skills to good use. Tippi is a happy, friendly person who is easy to approach and extremely loyal.

Tippi has always aspired to build good customer relations and will always go above and beyond to ensure complete client satisfaction; her top priority is to ensure all clients get the assistance they need.

In her spare time, she enjoys various sporting activities, listening to music and spending time with her friends.
